In 2025 we’re making a significant strategy shift to focus our experience design business closer to home in the Australian and Asia-Pacific region.

We reframe indoor navigation as a human‑centred design challenge, not simply a technical one. By combining signage, mapping, landmarks and digital cues, Pladia delivers beacon‑free wayfinding that adapts to how people genuinely explore venues, refining insights first uncovered through our early work on location-aware storytelling at MONA.

We reflect on its first year in market, introducing flagship tools like Empower for storytelling and Event Sync for synchronised multimedia events.
