Pladia
We launched Pladia late 2024 as a standalone platform born from over 13 years of experience at Art Processors.
This is the system you’ve been looking for, backed by a visionary team of professionals who obviously take pride in their work and products.
– Steve Jenkins, Director, Bob Dylan Center
From building MONA’s first Collection Management System, to launching Enso Locate and breaking new ground with our immersive audio platforms, Art Processors has always created spatially aware tools to enable next-generation digital experiences. These tools were mostly used internally, behind the scenes by our teams to manage and measure the experiences we delivered.
In 2021 we decided it was time to bring everything together. We embedded all our most useful and powerful tools into one platform and designed seamless visitor interfaces for a range of devices suited to museums, galleries, events and tourism venues. That platform became Pladia.
Pladia is a spatial publishing platform shaped by years of partnership with industry-leading cultural and tourism organisations, purpose-built for visitor attractions.

Pladia's new focus on offering a PWA option aligns well with the MCA's strategy. The platform is robust, designed with accessibility in mind, and incredibly user-friendly.
– Julia Prior, Head of Digital Media, Museum of Contemporary Art (MCA), Sydney
Why Pladia exists
We built Pladia because museums, galleries, historical sites and attractions need more than single‑channel tools. Rather than cobbling together different apps for mobile tours, wayfinding, digital labels or audio, Pladia gives cultural organisations a tool that unifies rather than fragments.
What it solves
Pladia is a provides unified delivery of wayfinding, audio guides, digital labels, kiosk content, and analytics from a single platform
Instantly available to visitors via a Progressive Web App (PWA). No installs, offline-ready, multilingual, accessibility-first
Replaces expensive bespoke apps, perfect for venues with tight budgets
Visitor analytics and feedback tools help teams measure impact and refine content
Why it matters now
Proven foundation: Refined through high-profile projects at Sydney Opera House, Getty, Bob Dylan Center, MCA Sydney, Mona, Art Gallery NSW, WA Museum and many more
Built to grow: Modular design and continuous user‑driven product updates (Empower, Event Sync, Extend, Insights) keep Pladia at the forefront of digital layering for physical spaces
With tools like Pladia Empower and Event Sync already in use, venues gain both navigation, content control and synchronised audio‑visual support for experiences such as drone shows, projection mapping and outdoor screenings.
Pladia transforms 13+ years of cultural‑tech know‑how into a single, flexible, accessible platform. It supports venues to craft richer visitor journeys, respond quickly to change, engage every audience and gain valuable insights. It designed from the ground up to be scalable and affordable.
