Experience Design

We create and build state-of-the-art experiences for visitor attractions, museums, exhibitions, galleries, libraries and public spaces. Our capability spans the lifecycle of new visitor experiences from idea to implementation and ongoing improvement.

We are laser-focused on attracting and engaging large audiences for our clients. This starts with creating a vision that helps define the whole visitor journey — before, during and after their experience. 

We find what motivates people to visit in the first place, and work closely with our clients to develop immersive content that meets their experiential, operational and commercial objectives. Through our multidisciplinary approach and proprietary research we tap into what the target audience will find most meaningful and entertaining.

Technology Development

Research and development underpins everything we do. This spans all parts of our operation, from content and interactive design through to the seamless integration and ongoing support of immersive technology within complex built environments.

Our in-house R&D program informs leading-edge approaches to audience engagement. This ongoing investment focuses on intuitive technologies and interfaces for delivering rich storytelling in immersive visitor experiences, ensuring our clients remain competitive and future-ready. We also invest in technologies that help streamline operations at large visitor attractions while generating audience engagement insight with our benchmarking tools.

Immersive Media Production

Immersive experience is one of our calling cards, and it begins with the ability to create elegant, beautiful, and compelling content. Whether the experience we’re building calls for live video, animation, immersive audio, augmented or virtual reality, our team is adept at providing precisely what is best for the audience. Our team has broad experience in each of these forms of media and many more. We can utilise sound to make small spaces feel enormous and generate intimacy in huge outdoor venues; we can produce feature-length films or animated shorts; we have the skills and experience to produce awe-inspiring interactive gaming environments or subtle moments of quiet. We can bring to life whatever suits the needs of a space, a story, and the audience who will engage with it. 

Art Processors specialise in turning challenging project briefs into working reality through our unique combination of unconventional thinking, human-centred design and deep-tech R&D. Led by Co-Founders and Creative Technologists Nic Whyte and Tony Holzner, our work sits at the intersection of design, technology, and visitor experience.

From our indoor location and patented virtual queueing technology at Mona, our extensive systems integration expertise with platforms like Tessitura and TMS, to launching standalone products like Pladia, our work is proven to solve real-world problems for our clients.
