Good news: we just won big at the Australian Good Design Awards
We’re thrilled to celebrate three wins this year.
Namedropping at Mona and The Future & Other Fictions at ACMI were awarded a Good Design Award Gold in Built Environment—recognising projects that push beyond good into exceptional design, innovation and impact. Our Pladia platform was recognised as a "game-changer for inclusive interpretation" with a Good Design Award accolade for Empower in Digital, Apps & Software.
The Australian Good Design Awards is one of the world’s longest-running international design award programs. We’re honoured to be recognised in line with this year’s theme, “Design for Better”, which resonates with our values in emphasising the vital role design plays in shaping a more balanced, inclusive, and sustainable world.
Each entry undergoes a rigorous evaluation by over 80 international Jurors, assessed against the three core criteria of Good Design, Design Innovation, and Design Impact.
The jury described Namedropping as “a fabulous idea, really well executed. Bold, impactful and very engaging”:
A novel exhibition, with rich interpretative loops between the exhibition installation, the visitor and external installations. Through these elements, the impact of the exhibition is increased, blurring the boundary between curator and artist in a mode of active curation. Cleverly executed and orchestrated.
The Future & Other Fictions was praised by the jury as “visually arresting and innovative”:
The depth of colour, balance of light and shade and incorporation of soft elements encourage longer visits and deeper engagement with the exhibition content. Great to see user-centricity inspiring an immersive experience. The intersection of interaction, digital and traditional static displays and room design is compelling. Well done to the team for this achievement.
Big thanks to MONA and ACMI for the chance to work on bold, purpose-led projects.
