Our Continued Collaboration in the US
Formalising our relationship
with FELT and Welcome All
Earlier in 2025 we made the significant decision to wind down our USA operations and close our New York office. We feel we have done this with care, giving our team time to plan and keeping our commitments with our USA partners.
Following these big changes, we are pleased to announce the formation of two new independent studios, each led by former AP colleagues who have been at the heart of our US experience design work for the past decade.
These studios, FELT and Welcome All Experience Design, represent distinct approaches to experience design while sharing a foundation of creativity, capability and trust.
FELT is a boutique studio formed by Chris Carlson, David Crumley, Julie Flechoux, Christine Murray and Ariel Efron. The team came together after years of collaboration at Art Processors, bringing with them a shared commitment to storytelling, performance, immersive design and technical innovation. Their work spans strategy, media, environment and production, with an emphasis on experiences that connect emotionally and linger in memory. We are proud to support FELT at its inception and can’t wait to collaborate with the team on projects where their unique chemistry and expertise shine.
Welcome All is a full-service experience design and production agency founded and led by Caitlin Kerker Mennen-Bobula, former executive team member at Art Processors who played a pivotal role in our large-scale US projects and global operations. With nearly two decades of experience, Caitlin honed her craft at Local Projects and RAA, and now leads the Welcome All practice focusing on custom collaboration from early planning through to delivery. Caitlin brings both strategic clarity and deep production knowledge, and Welcome All will extend creative work and client relationships formed at Art Processors with teams tailored for each project. We are excited to support her next chapter.
Our relationships with FELT and Welcome All create a valuable bridge between AP’s Australian base and our partners in the United States. These studios can draw on the technical and creative depth of our team in Australia, including our 30-person engineering group, our Experience Design studio and our product platform, Pladia. We look forward to continuing to work together with our friends on exciting new US-based projects.
