Careers

We are a diverse team of designers, technologists, and storytellers working at the intersection of people, place, narrative, and function to create the world's most meaningful cultural experiences.

Meaningful Work

Art Processors is where invention meets purpose. Founded on creative courage and a challenge to the status quo, we transform how people connect with culture, history, and ideas through groundbreaking experience design.

We offer a progressive workplace culture that values creativity, collaboration, and the unique contributions each person brings.

We are proud to have been recognised on the 2023 Australian Financial Review’s Best Places to Work list, reflecting our commitment to building a people-first, purpose-driven workplace.

Our Benefits

Flexible working

Whether you work in our Melbourne, remotely, or a mix, choose the location and hours that best support your lifestyle and caring responsibilities. We provide the tools and financial support you need to make your workspace work for you.

Career development

Team members have access to coaching, training and learning opportunities, as well as regular career conversations and development planning.

Giving Back

We provide two days of volunteer leave each year. We also support environmental sustainability initiatives through a range of partnership programs.

Visit Institutions

We naturally spend our downtime seeking out arts and culture, and we help you do it too. We offer a cultural institution stipend so you can visit museums, galleries, zoos and other attractions, and also attend industry events.

Family Friendly

We are a place for all kinds of families. We offer up to 20 weeks of paid parental leave following the birth, adoption or long-term foster care of a child. We support your return to work with flexible arrangements, tailored keeping-in-touch options, and continued superannuation contributions during unpaid parental leave. We also offer backup leave which includes support for gender affirmation, menstruation and menopause, and additional carers leave when other leave types are exhausted. Our support extends to IVF, emergency childcare, and school holiday care through stipends.

Take Time Off

Our flexible holiday and vacation policy means you’ll be encouraged to take time off when you need to rest and disconnect so you can keep doing great work, long-term. In addition to regular leave entitlements, you can also access Life Leave, additional Carer’s Leave and Grandparents Leave to aid with caregiving responsibilities. Between Christmas and New Year, we offer Bonus Leave so you can spend more time with your family. We also offer flexible public holidays, which provide the option to swap national and state or territory public holidays for a date of significance that is more aligned with your beliefs.
