Enso CMS

Enso CMS is our cloud-based service designed for centrally managing the configuration and content of the Enso Mobile application.

One-click publishing

Enso CMS allows museum staff and researchers to quickly design new exhibitions and associate text, imagery, audio and video to individual artworks. A simple one-click publishing system exports all content to the mobile devices which automatically download new material as available, ensuring content remains current.

Easy to use

Enso CMS features an elegant drag-and-drop interface for quickly mapping exhibition spaces and plotting artworks within them. Artworks can be moved in and out of exhibitions in seconds and all modifications synchronized to the Enso Mobile application via the simple publishing process. Enso CMS follows standard electronic publishing conventions, requires minimal training, and is easy to use.

Custom interpretive themes

Support for custom themes is provided, allowing specific branding and interpretive approaches to be applied to different exhibitions. It supports any number of individual staff user accounts with various permission settings for limiting access to authoring, content publishing, and configuration.

Replay integration

Enso CMS also provides administration of Enso Replay with publishing release controls for selecting which content items can be shown within a visitor's saved tours. This is useful for satisfying varying copyright requirements. It can also be used to allow additional content to be associated to Enso Replay saved tours.
